• Open up your browser and go to the NDSU email services page www.ndsu.edu/its/email_services.
• Then scroll down a little and go to the Manage your email account options and choose Student Email or Employee Email.

• Then if you are new then click on the Activate your Email Account (New Student) link.

• Press the link labelled Claim an NDUS Account, but only after reading the information on the screen.
• Before you start, go through the message, when you are ready click Begin.
• Take your time, carefully read the questions and answer the Press the New student setup link under the heading New to NDSU? On the right side of your page.
• If you fall under the new employee category then press the New Employee setup
• Then go to the Claim your N.D University System Account and then click on helpdesk.ndus.edu/ndusaccount
• Now click on Claim an NDSU Account link and submit your Employee Id and Birthday or Claim Number and click on the continue button.

NDSU Webmail Login:

• Access the NDSU email services page through this link- www.ndsu.edu/its/email_services.
• Click on the large Log in to NDSU Email

• You’ll be redirected to an Office 365 website, provide your full email address there.

• Fill the next field with your NDSU webmail login password.
• Only if you are signing in from a personal device, click the Keep me signed in
• Check your NDSU webmail login details for typos and press the blue Sign in

You can recover your NDSU webmail login password on the Office 365 page. But, you must have your email address to do so. To retrieve your account, you must go through these steps:
