Healthfusion Login Procedure:
- Open your web browser and in the address box, type the home page address for NextGen Healthcare Information Systems at nextgen.com.
- Click on the “Meditouch Login” option on the home page.
- You will be redirected to another login page at login.healthfusion.com.
- Enter unique “User Id” for your Healthfusion account.
- Type the password against your account into the second blank field mentioning “Password.”
- Press on the button saying, “Log in” for completion of logging in
Healthfusion Patient Portal Registration:
- After opening your web browser and visit the Healthfusion patient registration portal www.yourhealthfile.com.
- The main page of Healthfusion patient portal appears with the name of YourHealthFile, where you will find several options. We suggest you to opt for the 1st
- For the first time users, the option of “Activate your account here” is eligible. Click on it.
- A popup will appear where you need to choose your User Name.
- Choose the password accordingly. You can check in the show password box and you don’t need to remember this password as your password will be stored on your Google account.
- Then mention the “Date of birth” of the patient.
- After all the information are feed in, press on the “Activate account” option.
YourHealth File Account Login at Healthfusion Patient Portal:
- Open your web browser on your computer and type www.yourhealthfile.com into the address box.
- Enter your “Username” and “Password” in the blank fields respectively.
- After submission, click on the “Log in” button.
How to Retrieve Your Healthfusion Login Username:
- After opening up the home page at www.yourhealthfile.com, click on the “Forgot Info” option.
This will open a popup.- Choose the option of “Username” to retrieve it.
- Fill in your email id address in the first blank field.
- Enter the date of birth of the patient.
This will open a popup.
- Hit the orange button of “Retrieve info”.
- A mail will be sent with information related to retrieving your username. Follow the necessary steps asked for in the mail for accessing your account again.
How to Retrieve Your Healthfusion Login Password:
After opening up the home page at www.yourhealthfile.com, click on the “Forgot Info” option.
- This will appear a popup.
- Choose the option of “Password” to retrieve it.
- Fill in your username in the first blank field.
- Enter the date of birth of the patient.
- Hit the orange button of “Retrieve info”.
- Now your lost password will be retrieved.
