All AISD login portals don’t have direct links with step-by-step instructions to regain account access; there are solutions available for all three cases though. Following are the detailed instructions. Choose your link of choice and follow the steps:
Webmail:
Unfortunately, there are no available links on the Austin ISD webmail login portal. However, you can get in touch with the school via telephone, mail or contact form with the help of the information provided in the guide’s last section.
AISD Cloud Troubleshooting:
The following steps are applicable in the case of both password and username misplacement:
- Access the Cloud login page through this link- my.austinisd.org/LoginPolicy.
- Click the area under the Forgot Password / User Name heading in the login box.
- Click Forgot My Username if that be your case.
- Enter your email address associated with your Cloud account for AISD in the new redirected tab.
- Follow any additional instructions after pressing the Next
- Choose Forgot My Password in case of password displacement issue.
- Provide your AISD Cloud username.
- To reset your password, click Next and follow the next three steps.
